He studied law at the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil and the Universidad de Guayaquil; having joined in 1998 as a Lawyer of the Courts and Courts of the Republic of Ecuador, with an Honorable Mention Diploma.
For more than 20 years he has developed his professional activity, with important success, in the corporate-business and contractual consultancy; having extensive experience in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate, tax, free competition, public, municipal and banking law; business acquisition, mergers and spin-offs of companies; corporate and estate restructurings; fiduciary business and real estate projects.
As a reference, he has actively participated in the advising and planning of business groups; mergers and divisions; corporate-corporate restructurings, and acquisitions and sales of business of great importance, for the benefit of its customers.
He has attended several courses and seminars on Corporate Law, Tax Law, Mediation and Arbitration, Intellectual Property and Free Competition.
