She studied law at the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil where she obtained her degree on Law from the Tribunals and Courts of the Republic in August 1991.
Some of the Seminars she has attended are: “Technical English for Fisheries Industries” at the National Fisheries Institute; “Leasing Inmobiliario” at the Ecuadorian Institute of Construction; Seminar Workshop “Neutral Evaluation of Cases, Center for Conciliation and Arbitration” of the Chamber of Commerce of Guayaquil.
Her work experience has been developed in the corporate, civil, mercantile, intellectual property and foreign areas as Legal Adviser of Amerafin S.A (June 1993-Novermber 1994); and in local Law Firms “Falquez & Navarrete Abogados” (1993-2012); “Ramos Andrade & Asociados” (2012-2016); “Ramos & Valverde” (2016-present day).
She is a translator of English and Spanish with an emphasis on legal matters, registered in the Consulate of the United States of America and Consulate of Great Britain.
