Foundation

The Firm was born by the initiative and decision taken by Carlos Ramos Andrade and Ider Valverde Farfán to join their efforts, skills and experiences in the practice of law, with a very specialized and professional practice, based on high values and professional principles.

As of July of 2018, Oscar Manrique Gómez joined the Firm as partner. He is an experienced lawyer who shares the same philosophy of service in the specialized practice of Law.

Location

On the banks of the great Guayas River, an imposing and traditional sector of the city of Guayaquil, the founding partners decided to establish the Firm in Puerto Santa Ana, which is where the city was also founded in 1535.
