AB. MA. GABRIELA ALIAGA CUNTÓ

She studied Law at the University of Navarra, in Spain, where she obtained a Diploma in International Business Law (2013) and was part of the Department of Public International Law. At the same University of Navarra, she continued her academic career with a double master’s degree in Practice of Law and Business Law (2014).
Participated in the Jessup International Law Moot Court in Barcelona (2012), dealing with cases of public international law. She also did internships in International Legal Studies located in the city of Madrid, including Ontier and Dentons, forming part of the corporate and commercial area.
Among some of the seminars she has attended are: the International Legal Week at the IESE in New York, International Dispute Resolution Course taught by Prof. Pedro Martínez-Fraga (University of Miami), Human Rights Course taught by Prof. Kishu Daswani (Government Law College of Mumbai), Global Law Studies (courses of international corporate law, accounting and finance, international banking law, among others) taught by professors from the United States (Columbia University), England (Queen Mary University) and Italy (Universitá Bocconi), among others.
