Graduated in 1987 from the Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil. He has a postgraduate in managerial development by IDE BUSINESS in 1994, and has practiced in the corporate and business area since 1987.
In 1987 he formed the firm Ramos Andrade & Asociados, the same company that he promoted until 2016, and firm that is the base of RAMOS & VALVERDE.
In his extensive practice in the business law area he has been called to be part of several boards of directors meetings of industrial, commercial and service companies, acting actively in the advice and planning of family businesses, and the role of family councils as a means of ideal professional management for companies.

He has attended several negotiation courses at foreign and local universities. In fact, he develops permanently in this area, and is a benchmark in customer service due to its professional experience and moral solvency.
He is currently the managing partner of RAMOS, VALVERDE & MANRIQUE.
