AB. ANDRÉS FRANCISCO PARRA GUILLÉN
Lawyer of the Courts and Tribunals of the Republic by the Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil, where he is also completing a Master's Degree in Procedural Law.
He has been National Police Commissioner of Guayaquil and National Subintendent of Guayas for the Gobernacion del Guayas from January 2020 to October 2020, having been awarded the recognition of "Heroe del Guayas" for his outstanding intervention in the months during the state of exception of the Pandemic Covid-19 in the province of Guayas. He was also Legal Advisor to the Fundación Malecón 2000 during the period from October 2020 to May 2021. Finally, he held the position of Head of the Legal Department of INMOCOST S.A. from May 2021 to August 2021, which entered to the litigious area of Ramos & Valverde Law Firm.
